Growing up in the Northern Ontario City of Timmins, Brian Calhoun was a naturally gifted, creative and intuitive child who often followed his own truth.  He enjoyed being active doing things that he loved, whether it was playing outside in nature, music, dancing, exploring the surroundings, or just being in the kitchen creating. 

Like many, Brian went though various life challenges that helped him to grow as an individual, discover how he fit in with the world around him and gain experience in life.  He was definitely a child that well didn't quite fit in with the average crowd, was often ahead of the curve, overweight and well did things his own way. 

When Brian entered the work environment, he utilized his naturally creative gifts in the kitchen going to work in restaurant industry, where his passion for creating enjoyable food grew and his natural leadership skills were natured over his 18 years in the field.  

He has sat on various committees as a way to be of service and help make the world a better place to live in and continues to strive to help people live a Heart Centred Authentic Life every day. 

Brian now lives in Ottawa, Ontario with his two pets; a Calico Cat named Indigo and a Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier named Halo, both who are Gifts from Spirit which he truly appreciates, values and loves immensely.  He enjoys meditation, reading, writing, being active walking, running, biking, yoga, or whatever exercise that may be on the agenda that day. A big part of his life also includes being of service for others in a variety of ways such as giving Psychic / Mediumship Readings, Reiki, Personal Weight Loss Coaching, Workshops or however Spirit will guide him each day.

Brian has written several published articles, has been on TV & Radio, recorded a Meditation CD, and his working on numerous projects, including recording more Meditation CDs and currently is writing a book about his own personal story of weight loss and reconnection.
